Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ReviewSetu.
By creating an account or using ReviewSetu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including businesses and their representatives.
ReviewSetu provides a platform that helps local businesses collect Google reviews through QR codes, AI-powered review suggestions, automated review replies, and negative review protection tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not use someone else's account or share your credentials with others.
You agree not to use ReviewSetu to: generate fake or fraudulent reviews; misrepresent your business or its services; violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies; harass, spam, or mislead customers; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems.
You acknowledge that all reviews collected through ReviewSetu must reflect genuine customer experiences. ReviewSetu is designed to make it easy for real customers to share their real opinions. You must not use ReviewSetu to incentivize reviews (e.g., offer discounts for reviews) in violation of Google's policies.
ReviewSetu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewSetu and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (your business information, QR codes). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use your business information to provide the Service.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes usage limits (currently 1 location, 50 auto-replies per month). We reserve the right to modify these limits with 30 days' notice. Free accounts that are inactive for 12 months may be deleted. Pro plan terms will be announced separately.
ReviewSetu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific review volume, rating improvements, or business outcomes. The effectiveness of the Service depends on your customers' experiences and their willingness to leave reviews.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or ₹1,000 for free users).
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account from account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReviewSetu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
