ReviewSetu ("we", "our", "us") operates the ReviewSetu platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and business information when you create an account. We also collect information about your use of our services, including your Google Business Profile data (accessed via OAuth with your permission), review data, and QR code scan analytics.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating AI review suggestions, sending automated replies to Google reviews, and providing analytics about your review performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
ReviewSetu accesses your Google Business Profile data through Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. We only request permissions necessary to read and respond to your Google reviews. We never access your Google password, and you can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Google data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We conduct regular security audits and follow security best practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used and improve it. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect service functionality.
We use select third-party services to operate ReviewSetu, including Google APIs (for GMB integration), AI inference providers (for review suggestions and auto-reply), and analytics services. These services have their own privacy policies and we share only the minimum data necessary.

ReviewSetu is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of ReviewSetu after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
