ReviewSetu was born from a simple observation: local businesses across India provide world-class service every day, but their Google ratings don't reflect it. Meanwhile, chains and aggregator-listed restaurants dominate search results simply because they have the budget and teams to manage reviews.
We kept seeing the same pattern. A family-run restaurant with incredible biryani had 23 Google reviews. A corporate chain nearby had 2,400. The food wasn't better — their review collection system was.
We asked business owners why they had so few reviews. The answers were always the same: "I don't have time to ask every customer." "I don't know how to respond to reviews." "I forget by the time I'm free."
